Meet The Doctors

Daniel Fitzgerald, DMD

Dr. Daniel Fitzgerald graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in physiology and neurobiology. He then received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. After graduation from dental school, Dr. Fitzgerald moved to Stony Brook, New York, where he completed a year-long residency program in general dentistry at Stony Brook University Hospital. Dr. Fitzgerald is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Dental Association®, the Massachusetts State Dental Association, the American Dental Education Association, and Invisalign® Pro. He has been honored with the James and Ella Burr McManus Fund/Hartford Dental Society Scholarship, the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Dental Student Award, and the International College of Dentists Student Leadership Award.

Dr. Fitzgerald enjoys all fields of dentistry but holds a particular passion for community service. While at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, he was a student leader of a dental service trip to the Dominican Republic. He also volunteered through Mission of Mercy, Special Smiles, Migrant Farm Worker Clinics, and the South Park Inn Dental Clinic. Dr. Fitzgerald is still active every year at Mission of Mercy, providing free dental care to those who can’t afford it.

Outside the office, Dr. Fitzgerald enjoys playing sports, including tennis, volleyball, golf, and skiing. He also loves hiking, discovering new TV shows, and listening to live music. His favorite musicians include The Beatles, Dave Matthews Band, The Grateful Dead, Harry Styles, and Taylor Swift.

Saishree Amin, DMD, MPH, BDS, FICOI

Dr. Saishree Amin is a compassionate and highly skilled general dentist with advanced training in all phases of dentistry, with a special focus on cosmetic and implant procedures. She has been practicing since 2012, including three years in Philadelphia and the past ten years in the Greater Boston Area, delivering high-quality, patient-centered dental care rooted in comfort, precision, and trust. Her mission is to provide patients with the best dental care in a comfortable, welcoming environment. The ability to help patients smile with confidence is what motivates Dr. Amin to continually refine her skills and pursue excellence in both the art and science of dentistry.

She is a certified Invisalign provider, offering discreet orthodontic solutions as part of comprehensive smile design. She is also a Fellow of International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI). Recognized for her clinical excellence and patient trust, Dr. Amin has been named a Top Dentist by Boston Magazine from 2022–2025. She actively contributes to the dental profession by peer-reviewing articles for General Dentistry magazine and serving as a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society Peer Review Committee, reflecting her strong clinical judgment and professional leadership.

Dr. Amin is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). She has completed nearly 600+ hours of continuing education and is on track to earn one of dentistry’s most respected distinctions: Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in 2026, an honor achieved by only 3–5% of general dentists nationwide. Committed to delivering elevated cosmetic results, Dr. Amin continually incorporates the latest advancements in dental techniques and technology. She values an interdisciplinary approach, collaborating closely with specialists in implant dentistry, periodontal surgery, and endodontics to achieve optimal function, longevity, and aesthetic harmony.

Outside the office, Dr. Amin enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, reading fiction, embroidery, hiking, and staying competitive in her favorite board games.

Meet The Team

Rebekah – Regional Manager

Rebekah joined Dentistry By Design in 2021. She brings with her an eagerness to grow and develop in her career each day, and help the dental practice best serve its patients! Rebekah has been a dental assistant for over ten years and uses her clinical knowledge to bridge the gap between patient treatment and dental insurance to make sure our patients receive the best care possible.

During her time away from the office she enjoys traveling, camping, crafting, and being a first-time Dog Mom to her new puppy Stella.

Katherine – Registered Dental Assistant

Katherine joined our team in August of 2011, as a registered dental assistant. She obtained her assisting certificate from Bryman College, where she received extensive training in dental assisting techniques and procedures. As a vital part of our team, Katherine works one-on-one with our dentists, in all aspects of dentistry, and assists our hygienists and our front office team. When she is not working, Katherine loves spending time with her family, camping, skiing, rollerblading and being outdoors.

Joselyn – Registered Dental Assistant

As a vital part of our team, Joselyn works one-on-one with our dentists, in all aspects of dentistry. Joselyn is a great addition to our team with her fresh, vibrant personality and her
willingness to help others. She loves to spend time with her family and enjoys crafting and camping.

Keishla – Patient Coordinator

Keishla joined our dental team in July 2023. She has a passion to grow in the dental field through continuing education courses. She is proficient in assisting patients with insurance information and motivating patients to care for their oral health. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Angelette – Treatment Coordinator

Angellete has been with the company since 2025 and serves as a dedicated Treatment Coordinator. She is passionate about personal and professional growth, always seeking new ways to improve and better support her team and patients. Angellete takes pride in creating a comfortable, welcoming environment and loves helping patients feel at ease often bringing smiles and laughter to every visit

Rebecca – Registered Dental Hygienist

Becca is a Registered Dental Hygienist who earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of New England. She is committed to providing thorough, patient-centered care. Becca is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable while supporting their oral and overall health through education and prevention. Outside of the office, Becca enjoys skiing, spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends and dog. She values building genuine connections with her patients and strives to create a welcoming and positive experience at every visit.

Brenda Cardona – Office Manager

Brenda joined Dentistry by Design in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in dentistry. She spent 10 years as a dental assistant before stepping into a management role in 2024, where she focuses on improving office operations, supporting the clinical team, and creating a smooth, positive experience for patients. Brenda is passionate about personal and professional growth and enjoys combining leadership with continuous learning. Outside of work, she loves traveling, spending time outdoors, and making meaningful memories with her kids.

Amanda – Registered Dental Hygienist

Amanda graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2019 and completed her dental hygiene training that same year. Dedicated to advancing her knowledge and clinical expertise, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Health. Amanda is passionate about patient care, preventive dentistry, and creating positive dental experiences for every patient she treats.

Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending her free time baking and cooking.

Bryanna – Dental Assistant

Bryana joined our dental team back in November of 2025. She had graduated from GLTS in 2020 from the dental assistant program. Bryana is an outgoing and very passionate person when it comes to helping patients and others. She also loves to learn new experiences.

Outside of work, she loves to enjoy spending time with family and friends. As well as traveling.
